First Moravian Church of Georgia is a diverse community with members from around the world.  We established ourselves in the Smokerise Community formally on March 23, 1975.  Since this time we have been worshipping, serving and celebrating our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  We invite you to join us for worship at anytime.

The Moravian Church is a pre-reformational church that today spans the globe.  During the 1400's a young preacher by the name of Jan Hus spoke against what he saw as injustices in the church.  It was the followers of his teachings that would later establish themselves as the Unitas Fratrum or Unity of the Brethren - today known as the Moravian Church.  For more information about the history of the Moravian Church please visit www.moravian.org

We are located at 4950 Hugh Howell Road, Stone Mountain, GA 30087
